RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Due to the current situation around Covid-19, we have adjusted our payment and cancellation conditions.
We do not ask for a deposit, but the total amount must be transferred to our bank account 1 week before arrival. If you are prevented from traveling in the meantime due to government regulations, we will refund the full amount to you.
Nevertheless, we advise you to take out good travel and cancellation insurance.
PAYMENT METHODS
It’s only possible to pay upfront or cash at departure.
Unfortunately, pin payment is not possible. However, several ATM’s are available throughout Alora.
