RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY
- We ask for a 50% deposit
- You can pay the remaining amount in advance or in cash on site
- Availability of the room(s) is guaranteed after timely receipt of your payment. Without notice to the contrary, your payment has been received in good order.
- Up to 6 weeks before the day of arrival: 100% refund of the deposit
- Up to 4 weeks before the day of arrival: 50% refund of the deposit
- In case of cancellation within 4 weeks before the day of arrival, the cancellation refund will be forfeited.
- We nevertheless advise you to take out good travel and cancellation insurance.
PAYMENT METHODS
It’s only possible to pay upfront or cash at departure.
Unfortunately, pin payment is not possible. However, several ATM’s are available throughout Alora.
